AbstractIn a study of hormone secretion patterns in rams remote sampling techniques were utilized for collecting jugular blood samples each 20 min for 24 h from adult Romney rams. Five animals were sampled during the summer, four during the winter, and plasma LH, testosterone and prolactin levels were estimated by specific radioimmunoassays.
