AbstractTwo new clerodane diterpenes, together with two known compounds, were isolated from the stem bark of Polyalthia cheliensis and identified as 16α-hydroxy-cleroda-4(18),13(14)Z-dien-15,16-olide and cleroda-4(18),13(14)E-dien-15-oic acid, respectively, on the basis of chemical and spectral properties.
