Abstract:

Highlights•The element levels have been calculated in blood samples of patients with thyroid cancer.•Calculating electron densities of with ZXCOM program blood samples posttreatment are bigger than pretreatment.•The elemental analysis of blood samples has been carried out using ICP-OES.•An attempt was made to establish a correlation between electron density (Neff) and pre-posttreatment.•Electron density has an increasing pattern in the post-treatment group about changing the value of Cr, Fe, Mn and Co.
