Highlights•This is a study of 42 CRT non-responder with mitral regurgitation, who meet the combination of CRT and MitraClip.•Functional and degenerative mitral regurgitation is included.•Reasons for CRT non-responds are investigate.•MC implantation leads to an improvement of NT-proBNP level, TRPG and LVEDV in both functional and degenerative MR but does not influence QRS duration. Two year all-cause mortality was 25%.
