Abstract:

Highlights•The zebrafish embryo model is sensitive to quantify mixture effects of water contaminants on the lethal and sublethal level.•AαC and 2,4-DNT caused concentration-dependent hypo-pigmentation.•Observed mixture effects of different water contaminants are in agreement with the concentration addition concept.
