Abstract:

Highlights•Explored the rare use of propargylamine as a building block in the Pd/Cu catalyzed synthesis of indoles under ultrasound.•Indoles containing a pyrazole moiety at C-2 attached via the –CH2NH– linker were synthesized as anti-tubercular agents.•Synthesized related (pyrazole)imines via a Cu catalyzed ultrasound assisted aerobic oxidation of precursor amines.
