Abstract:
Highlights•Mo-based Tb2O3-Dy2O3 composites were designed and proposed for the first time.•Microstructure, thermodynamics and dynamics of ball-milled powders were analyzed.•The supersaturated nanocrystalline solid solution of Mo (Tb, Dy, O) was formed.•Microhardness, compression strength of sintered bulks were investigated•Coefficient of thermal expansion of sintered bulks was studied.
